Key Responsibilities

1. Advise prospective students and parents on programs, admission criteria, fee details, and career prospects.

1. Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries concerning admissions and enrollment.

1. Follow up with leads and applicants to convert inquiries into admissions.

1. Maintain and update student data and interactions in CRM systems.

1. Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process.

1. Conduct campus tours and explain facilities, courses, and student services.

1. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.

1. Participate in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.

1. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.

1. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all applicants.

Note: Incentive plan - Rs 5000 per admission given.
