We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA CS / SD Consultant to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. The consultant will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect and contribute to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post–go-live stabilization of Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
This role focuses on hands-on functional delivery across Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
Key Responsibilities
SAP CS & SD Configuration
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD processes including:
Sales Order Management
Pricing and Condition Techniques
Delivery, Shipping, and Billing
Credit Management (basic exposure)
Configure and support SAP CS processes including:
Service Notifications and Service Orders
Service Contracts and Warranties
Resource-related billing
Support CS–SD integration for service and billing processes.
