Lumos Logic LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SAP Business One functional consultant to join our ERP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP Business One implementations, user support, business process understanding, and ERP configuration. The candidate will work closely with senior consultants and clients to understand business requirements, assist in implementation projects, provide user training, and support SAP Business One deployments across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
Assist in configuring SAP Business One modules based on business needs.
Support the implementation of core SAP Business One modules including finance & accounting, sales management, purchasing & procurement, inventory & warehouse management, CRM & customer management, and reporting & business analytics.
Participate in ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Prepare project documentation including BRD, FRD, SOPs, and training materials.
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and track issues.

Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot functional issues and assist clients with day-to-day ERP operations.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.

A. Required skills & qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in SAP Business One functional consulting.
Basic understanding of finance & accounting processes, procurement & inventory management, sales & distribution and supply chain operations.
Experience in at least one SAP Business One implementation or support project.
Ability to gather requirements and provide functional solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client interaction abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and grow in ERP consulting.
B. Preferred qualifications:
SAP Business One certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of SQL queries and ERP reporting concepts.
Experience with manufacturing, trading, distribution, or service industries.
Exposure to third-party integrations and ERP customizations is a plus.
