*Salesforce Agentforce Architect Offshore

Responsibilities:

● Define and own the overall architecture, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.

● Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and technical teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives.

● Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Agentforce solutions leveraging Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Copilot Actions, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

● Architect intelligent agents, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, and knowledge-driven experiences to automate business processes and enhance customer and employee engagement.

● Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, design principles, and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementations.

● Define enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce, Data Cloud, Agentforce, external applications, middleware platforms, and AI services.

● Evaluate and recommend AI, Data Cloud, and Salesforce platform capabilities to address business challenges and drive digital transformation initiatives.

● Lead solution design reviews, architecture governance boards, and technical assessments across multiple projects and programs.

● Ensure scalability, performance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices are embedded into all solution designs.

● Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, technical leads, developers, and project teams.

● Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define long-term Salesforce and AI adoption strategies.

● Drive innovation by identifying emerging Salesforce AI capabilities and recommending adoption opportunities.

● Support estimation, solution proposals, RFP responses, architecture documentation, and executive-level presentations.
