We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales Trainees who are interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, CRM management, sales processes, and business development activities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, referrals, and other business channels.
Identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Conduct initial interactions with prospects and understand their requirements.
Schedule meetings, product demos, and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Update CRM (Bitrix) with lead details, follow-up status, and sales activities.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Support business development and marketing initiatives to generate new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
Learn company products, services, sales processes, and industry best practices.
Participate actively in sales training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-driven environment.
