Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Telecaller based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility for remote work when necessary. The Sales Telecaller will engage with potential clients through phone calls to introduce Amilo AI's platform and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, explaining features and benefits, and maintaining a detailed database of client interactions. The role will also involve coordinating follow-up communication and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle client interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in sales techniques such as lead generation, cold calling, and prospect qualification.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of sales pipeline management.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
