Built on V-INDRA, India's first nutrition-specific Small Language Model, Prim replaces fragmented client management, manual diet planning, and disconnected payment collection with one platform. We're an early-stage B2B SaaS team scaling fast across multiple segments, and we're hiring our first Sales Team Lead to own pipeline execution and team performance. The RoleYou'll lead an inside sales team (currently outbound + inbound lead conversion) selling Prim to dietitians, gym owners, and wellness professionals. This is a hands-on role: you'll close deals yourself, coach reps on calls, and build the playbook as you go. This isn't a role where you inherit a mature process. You're building the muscle. What You'll Own
- Day-to-day management of inside sales reps: call quality, pipeline hygiene, daily targets
- Personally closing high-priority or stuck deals
- Running daily/weekly pipeline reviews in Zoho CRM
- Building and refining call scripts, objection handling, and qualification criteria by segment
- Hiring and onboarding new reps as the team scales
- Reporting weekly performance (conversion rates, cycle time, revenue) to leadership
- Working closely with marketing to give feedback on lead quality from Meta Ads and other channels
What We Need From You
- 2-4 years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least some experience leading or mentoring a small team (even informally)
- Proven ability to carry and close your own number, not just manage others
- Comfortable with CRM-driven sales (Zoho or equivalent) and data-led pipeline reviews
- Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi; this is a phone and video-call heavy role
- Healthcare, wellness, fitness, or SaaS sales background preferred, but not mandatory if your sales fundamentals are strong
What This Role Is Not
- Not a pure management role where you sit out of the pipeline
- Not a role with an established playbook waiting for you; you'll build it
- Not field sales; this is desk-based, call and video-led selling
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
