About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, business challenges, and decision-making processes.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (online and in-person, where required).
- Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist the CEO in preparing for client meetings, presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Track sales pipelines, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-ups on all opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the leadership team.
- Support other sales and business development activities as required.
