About the internship
Our sales team is scaling fast. Inbound RFQs, seller callbacks, and re-engagement touchpoints are multiplying and the follow-up layer is the gap we need to close. This role exists to make sure no seller waits, no callback slips, and no warm conversation goes cold.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Monitor the shared Xhipment sales inbox and CRM daily to identify missed calls, voicemails, or unanswered WhatsApp threads, executing timely callbacks within 2-4 hours and escalating unreachable prospects after 3 attempts
- Execute targeted drop-seller re-engagement strategies by pulling dormant seller lists from the CRM at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals to send personalized follow-ups, share rate updates, and hand over reactivated opportunities to senior reps
- Provide comprehensive ad-hoc sales support by researching seller backgrounds, storefronts, and shipping volumes to compile detailed briefs for the team before upcoming discovery calls
- Maintain clean CRM records, assist in drafting outreach templates for specific inbound shipping lane campaigns, and compile weekly pipeline status reports for the sales team lead

Other requirements
