About the job
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess incoming leads from multiple channels (website, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Conduct initial outreach via calls or emails to evaluate lead potential based on criteria such as academic background, destination preferences, and budget
- Maintain accurate lead data and status updates in the CRM system
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales counselors promptly
- Share feedback with the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance
- Re-engage cold or unresponsive leads through structured follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to ensure a smooth handover and positive user journey
- Generate daily/weekly reports on lead qualification metrics and status updates

- Candidates based in Delhi.
- Prior internship experience in sales is preferred.
