This Position reports to:
Sales Director – North & South India
Your role and responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales of B&R’s next generation technology, machine connectivity, automation & edge, high end motion system & technology software solutions in the southern region/market. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement.

This role is contributing to the Automation Division-B&R in Faridabad, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Meeting customers and partners regularly to generate enquiries and build a solid pipeline in machine automation solutions across the north region/market.
- Analyzing customer requirements and market trends to create and present techno-commercial offers for motion systems, robotics, drives, connectivity, and software solutions. •
- Handling negotiations, closing deals, and managing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and seamless customer engagement.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and consultant to promote advanced automation, advanced technologies, and future-ready solutions.
- Participating in exhibitions, seminars, and product demos to showcase knowledge in industrial automation and increase brand visibility.
- Creating accurate forecasts using CRM tools to enable data-driven decision-making, business growth, and after-sales engagement.
Qualifications for the role:
- 3–8 years of sales experience in the automation industry (machine automation, motion/controls, robotics, drives, motors).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electricals, EEC, Instrumentation, or similar disciplines).
