About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist the sales & service team in generating business enquiries through customer visits and follow-up activities
- Support customer relationship management by maintaining regular communication and addressing basic customer requirements
- Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending suitable engineering products and solutions
- Conduct market research and gather information on competitor products and industry trends
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and reports using MS Excel
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and service requests
- Participate in field visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings as required
- Assist in tracking sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers
- Learn about industrial filtration systems, process equipment, and technical sales practices while contributing to business development activities
