Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Promoter role based in Gurugram. The Sales Promoter will engage directly with customers at retail outlets, events, and in-store activations to introduce Satv Dairy products, explain their benefits, and drive sales conversions. Daily responsibilities include product demonstrations, sampling, answering customer questions, and maintaining product displays to ensure proper visibility and cleanliness. The role involves tracking sales, collecting customer feedback, supporting promotional campaigns, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to meet assigned targets. The Sales Promoter will also ensure adherence to company guidelines, accurately share product information, and represent the brand in a professional and approachable manner. Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrated experience or interest in Sales and Sales Promotion, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic familiarity with Operating Systems and common digital tools used for reporting, inventory checks, or sales tracking.
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or food and beverage promotion is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends or peak seasons, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable explaining product features, handling objections, and educating customers about health and wellness benefits.
- Minimum high school completion; additional coursework in marketing, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
