The Data Management team is part of GBS organization. The holder of this position shall report directly to the Team Leader. This role maintains and secures the accuracy of the Master Data SAP database. The holder of this position shall be in charge with delivering highest quality services at the requested level while complying with the internal regulation and Master Data (MD) process. Global Master Data Team Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, etc) and good command of English;
Good knowledge of Master Data procedures is a plus
1-2 years of experience in master data management, data analysis or similar role;
Diploma holder or University Bachelor Degree; IT or Finance (preferably)
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and liaise with customers from various departments;
Good understanding of the control environment within GBS & across the business;
Good written and verbal communication skills; positive and well organized;
Good work prioritization and understanding of escalation trigger points
