The Blackline Administrator serves as the primary guardian and overseer of the Blackline system and its interfaces, ensuring ongoing stability, accuracy, and performance. This critical role safeguards the integrity and reliability of financial reconciliation processes, which are essential to client’s business operations and compliance.

The administrator is responsible for monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and managing configurations, while also serving as the key liaison with third-party vendors and technical consultants. The role requires both a strong functional understanding of financial systems and excellent coordination skills to ensure smooth communication across internal stakeholders and external support partners. What are we looking for? •EXPERIENCE

Experience with financial systems, particularly SAP and their related interfaces, with a focus on ensuring system integrity and performance

Knowledge of the Blackline system, including its modules and core functionalities

Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles

Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools

Exposure to SOX compliance requirements and relevant regulatory standards •EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree (IT, Finance or relevant field)

Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification is an advantage SKILLS (Technical / Functional / Leadership)

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
