Manage a team of Product Coordinators with the global PSMT function to ensure in daily operation that all required Specification and Recipes are created within given timelines and can be produced with intended Product Quality. Support process optimization related to Specification Management together with the Global PSMT Process manager and with key stakeholders for Code Creation (PLM). 4-13 direct reports (Product Coordinators)
Ensure robust team setup on a daily basis and structure team to the needs of key stakeholders in scope
Deliver all code creation activities in standard NPI and ad hoc requests as per business needs
Ensure high data quality for Product data and drive Product maintenance activities
All projects and initiatives are delivered OTIF and support/propose initiatives to improve effective code creation. What are we looking for? iii. Working Relationship

The role is focused on all specification management activities regarding FMC, OTP, Oral and THP and timely provision of SKU codes and related recipes within the NPI/PLM environment.
The role requires detailed knowledge of Specification Management processes and its relationship to key stakeholders in NPI, Factories and SC •The role requires fundamental knowledge of Packaging & Product Development activities as well as master data management activities in factories and Supply Chain.
The role requires detailed system knowledge on SAP esp. EHS & RD and its interfaced systems •Degree or equivalent in engineering science, science or technical related subject.
Fundamental knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management.
Working experience in SAP especially with EHS & RD modules.
Detailed Knowledge of Tobacco products and specification of its building blocks.
Working experience or fundamental knowledge of Master Data Management in Factories / Supply Chain.
Strong leadership capabilities and ability to build and develop Teams.
Ability to translate complex processes into a simple language.
Ability to manage a portfolio of projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent PSMT activitie Roles and Responsibilities: •Work closely with key stakeholders in NPI, Central Deploy, Regions, DRBUs or COEs on Product Data or Process Management on a daily basis
Manage People development for Product Coordinators and endorse career plans
Drive Performance Management of Product Coordinators and initiate development plans
Ensure robust & flexible team setup and drive improvements for a sustainable PSMT operation (shifted working hours)
Ensure input for best practices together with PSMT Process Manager
Support strategical planning based on business requirements together with Global PSMT Manager and ensure setup of new team capabilities incl. possible team restructure
Drive standardization of (business and system) work processes
Ensure that Process Management activities will be distributed and followed up accordingly in PSMT Teams and guarantee full compliance to all business processes
Ensure that the right trainings and training documents are available for each team member
Support the Product Coordinators with BAU activities in situations with high workload
Support Central Data Harmonization/Productivity initiatives at PSMT level and coordinate work packages
Support TaO Business releases and drive related activities
Escalate risks and issues in a timely and appropriate manor to Global PSMT Manager
