Create and maintain master data objects in SAP and related systems as per defined business procedures.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across multiple platforms and business processes.
Identify and resolve data quality issues including duplicates, missing entries, and inconsistencies. - Support users across business units in resolving master data-related queries and system issues.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Process data updates within agreed timelines while meeting service level agreements and quality standards.
Assist in managing data governance processes to ensure controlled and standardized data management practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand functional data needs.
Raise and track issues with technical teams and ensure timely resolution of system incidents.
Support periodic data cleansing activities such as monthly or bi-annual data reviews and corrections.
Generate and process reports in accordance with SLA and business requirements.
Deliver training and guidance to new team members on master data processes and tools.
Maintain documentation of data processes, procedures, and task-level descriptions.
Ensure continuous improvement of master data management processes through proactive monitoring and feedback.
