The Junior Data Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining and securing the accuracy of Master Data in the SAP database, ensuring system integrity and compliance with internal and external procedures. Master Data is a critical information source for SAP systems, supporting most business processes across CLIENT. The role ensures that data is accurate, timely updated, duplicate-free, and managed in a controlled and compliant manner This position also supports users across GBS with Master Data-related issues in systems such as SAP, Blackline, and CRA. The goal is to maintain an error-free, well-governed Master Data environment that ensures smooth operational performance for CLIENT companies. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder in a relevant field
- Basic understanding of SAP systems and database logic
- Exposure to shared services or multinational working environments is a plus
- Experience in Master Data creation and maintenance is a plus
EDUCATION
University Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Business, IT, or related field preferred) Additional certifications or SAP training is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Time management and task prioritization
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
