The Global Master Data Manager is accountable for managing end-to-end Master Data operations for all client markets and entities globally (approx. 217+ markets, 570+ company codes), with the exception of non-TaO entities. Reporting directly to the Global Master Data Lead, the role holder ensures that Master Data processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, control, and compliance, thereby enabling the integrity of client’s global SAP environment.
This role requires extensive operational, technical, and leadership experience in SAP Master Data processes, as well as strong collaboration with global stakeholders, IT, and audit teams. The role is instrumental in supporting ERP migrations, driving continuous improvement, adopting automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Celonis, RPA, AI), and integrating acquired or restructured entities into the MDM framework. What are we looking for? 5+ years in Master Data Management (preferably within FMCG or GBS)
Proven track record in SAP ECC environments (data maintenance, integrity, access control)
Experience supporting ERP transitions and master data migrations
Familiarity with systems such as Blackline, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, CRA
Exposure to automation tools, data quality monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams
Strong understanding of Finance processes and controls in a multinational environment
Project experience related to data governance, global standards implementation, or system integration

Experience in leading onboarding and transitioning services into BAU operations
Comfortable operating in matrix structures with global process ownership
The role requires a finance/accounting qualification (CIMA or ACCA) and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP. Experience with FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules is considered an advantage. SKILLS (Technical / Functional / Leadership)

Education: First degree (Systems, Finance/Business/Economics)
Additional certifications in PMI, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus

ACCA/CIMA would be an advantage Roles and Responsibilities: •Oversee day-to-day Master Data operations globally, ensuring timely and accurate data maintenance
Support ERP migrations and transformations, providing expert input on data structure, transition strategies, and validation activities (e.g., SAP ECC rollouts).
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, including SAP access profiles, SoD principles, and data integrity checks.
Collaborate with Data Stewards and global teams to support the rollout of Global Data Standards, ensuring proper planning, prioritization, and impact assessment.
Monitor service performance against SLAs, ensuring alignment with quality and timeliness commitments.
Lead onboarding and migration of new Master Data services, including workforce planning and execution.
Act as escalation point for complex or cross-functional Master Data issues, ensuring coordination with relevant teams to resolve root causes.
Develop team capabilities, including performance evaluation, motivation, career planning, and succession planning.
Support the DQM (Data Quality Management) team in setting up data quality KPIs and monitoring tools.
Maintain strong relationships with business SMEs, clients, and project teams, ensuring Master Data processes align with business needs.
Ensure database update requests from clients are fulfilled in line with agreed service levels.
Collaborate with IT and automation teams to enhance processes through tools like RPA, data validation engines, and AI-driven enhancements.
Identify opportunities for innovation in Master Data operations (e.g., AI, machine learning, self-service tools) and lead pilot initiatives.
Analyze trends and recurring issues in Master Data requests to implement proactive process improvements and reduce rework.
