The Global Master Data Manager is accountable for managing end-to-end Master Data operations for all client markets and entities globally (approx. 217+ markets, 570+ company codes), with the exception of non-TaO entities. Reporting directly to the Global Master Data Lead, the role holder ensures that Master Data processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, control, and compliance, thereby enabling the integrity of client’s global SAP environment.

This role requires extensive operational, technical, and leadership experience in SAP Master Data processes, as well as strong collaboration with global stakeholders, IT, and audit teams. The role is instrumental in supporting ERP migrations, driving continuous improvement, adopting automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Celonis, RPA, AI), and integrating acquired or restructured entities into the MDM framework. What are we looking for? XPERIENCE

5+ years in Master Data Management (preferably within FMCG or GBS)

Proven track record in SAP ECC environments (data maintenance, integrity, access control)

Experience supporting ERP transitions and master data migrations

Familiarity with systems such as Blackline, SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, CRA

Exposure to automation tools, data quality monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives

Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams

Strong understanding of Finance processes and controls in a multinational environment

Project experience related to data governance, global standards implementation, or system integration
