Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Professional will identify and pursue new leads, manage client inquiries, and guide clients through the full real estate transaction cycle. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, presenting listings, negotiating terms, and preparing necessary documentation in line with local regulations. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, collaborating with internal teams, and staying current on market trends and property values. The Sales Professional is expected to deliver high-quality customer service, meet sales targets, and represent Gork Realty professionally at all times. Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including relationship building and client follow-up.
- Knowledge of real estate and real property concepts, markets, and transaction processes.
- Valid Real Estate License (or eligibility to obtain one) in accordance with local regulations.
- Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with flexibility to conduct property visits and client meetings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Educational background in business, marketing, real estate, or a related discipline is beneficial.
