Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify product listings and updates
- Maintain inventory records and stock tracking
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch
- Support showroom sales and customer inquiries
- Maintain CRM and lead follow-ups
- Assist in day-to-day business operations
