The Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and creating strong customer relationships. Other responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead-generation campaigns. Regular coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery is also a key aspect of this role.Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Business Development
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Team Management and Leadership capabilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle challenges effectively
• Relevant experience in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
