Key responsibilities
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, outreach, and conversion of luxury sellers and buyers.
- Manage relationships with prospective clients, consignors, and brand partners.
- Track the sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and present monthly performance reviews.

Other requirements
- Experience in a hardcore sales role, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, wellness, EdTech, or founder-led brands.
- Ability to work independently across multiple brands with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Hindi fluency is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in handling premium or high-ticket clients with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience working in startups or early-stage companies, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments and build processes from scratch.
