Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our solutions business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing customer interactions, coordinating order management, and ensuring smooth material procurement processes. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our solutions and services.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Schedule and conduct product demos, either remotely or in-person, to showcase our smart home solutions.
- Order Management:
- Process and track customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the sales team to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all orders and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Material Procurement:
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials needed for customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels required for smooth operations.
- Sales Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales targets and resolving any customer-related issues.
- Coordinate follow-up activities, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and action items are completed.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities, including preparing quotations, processing invoices, and managing customer databases.
