Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their business needs.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide business performance insights to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking opportunities when required.
