Role Description The Sales Manager Real Estate at PropsAura is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving property sales and overseeing client relationships. This role involves managing and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. The Sales Manager will meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present suitable property options, and guide them through the entire transaction process. Daily activities include coordinating property visits, negotiating terms, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely deal closures with high client satisfaction. The position also requires close collaboration with marketing and operations teams, tracking market trends, and providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. The salary range for this role is INR 25,000 to 50,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, with a strong track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and performance monitoring in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics, pricing, and regulations in Kolkata or similar urban markets.
- Ability to use CRM tools, basic office software, and digital platforms to manage leads, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on transparency, ethical practices, and long-term relationship building.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, property visits, and documentation efficiently.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate sales are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata and travel locally for client meetings and property inspections.
