The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, managing customer relationships, coordinating with channel partners, and contributing to business growth while representing luxury and premium real estate projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
- Manage interactions with prospective customers and Channel Partners (CPs).
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.Site Visits & Project Presentations
- Coordinate and conduct site visits for customers and Channel Partners.
- Present project features, amenities, pricing, and investment opportunities effectively.
- Deliver a seamless and professional customer experience during project visits.Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Track and manage leads through CRM and other sales tools.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture prospects and maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist in source tagging, lead attribution, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for cost sheets, customer requirements, and booking-related processes.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and business objectives.Sales Closure & Documentation
- Facilitate sales closures and booking formalities.
- Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within timelines.Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a Real Estate sales background will be preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for sales may also apply.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings when required.Key Skills
