Through merago.ai, we're building the AI-powered operating layer for hospitals and clinics. Our flagship product, meragoScribe, is a multilingual AI medical scribe that converts patient conversations into accurate clinical notes reducing physician burnout and improving operational productivity. Role overviewYou'll drive sales of meragoScribe and our wider clinical-workflow products to hospitals, clinics, physician groups, and healthcare networks. The role is consultative: you'll need to engage doctors and hospital decision-makers and clearly articulate the value of AI-driven clinical documentation and workflow tools. - Identify, prospect, and acquire new hospital, clinic, and specialty-practice customers
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and partnerships
- Run product demos and solution presentations for clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Build relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, CMOs, CIOs, and Medical Directors
- Position Merago AI Scribe against customer workflows to show efficiency and documentation gains
- Negotiate commercial agreements and support enterprise account growth
- Ensure smooth handover to implementation/onboarding and drive retention and upsell
- Track healthtech trends, AI adoption, and competitive offerings, and feed insights to leadership
- Consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Who we're looking for (required)
- 35 years selling into hospitals and clinics specifically AI, SaaS, EMR/EHR, digital health, or doctor-workflow / clinical software solutions
- Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and managing healthcare provider relationships
