Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through market research and lead generation.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell CNC machines, welding machines, cranes, and industrial consumables.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Perform area mapping and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate periodic sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
