About the job
Key responsibilities
1) Society entry - identify, pitch, and get Karuna into residential societies across the pilot micro-market
2) On-ground sales kiosks - set up and run activations in societies, speak to residents, convert interest into bookings
3) Lead calling - follow up on inbound leads, understand needs, and close first bookings
4) Customer feedback - structured conversations with early customers to surface insights and improvement areas
5) Partnerships - identify and close tie-ups with hospitals, clinics, maternity centres, physiotherapy centres, and senior living communities
6) Build a weekly sales dashboard - leads, conversions, drop-offs, feedback themes, and share insights with the founde
