The Sales Manager – AP & Telangana is responsible for driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer partnerships across the assigned territory. This role will focus on building a strong sales funnel, increasing market share, and leading strategic engagements with key accounts and stakeholders.
This position is part of the Sales/Commercial team located in Hyderabad and will be fully remote. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across the full Leica Biosystems portfolio within Clinical Diagnostics and Life Sciences segments
- Build and manage a robust sales funnel, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and conversion
- Develop and execute territory and key account strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead strategic customer engagements, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and multi-site partnerships
