The intern will support the sales team in converting inbound and outbound leads into business opportunities through structured follow-up and customer engagement.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Qualify incoming sales leads based on defined criteria.
Maintain and update lead details in tracking sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure and customer onboarding.
Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up.
Generate daily/weekly reports on lead conversion performance.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
Qualification required:
Graduate / Final-year student (BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
