The Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Analyst supports the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales Incentive Plan, infrastructure and processes. Working closely with the Regional Sales Incentive Plan Managers, this role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting Salesforce.com and Excel/Power BI based tools, and ensuring reliable data flows that underpin incentive calculations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of SIP outputs by supporting data preparation, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the maintenance of calculation logic (algorithms/recipes).
This position reports to the Senior Global Commercial Operations Manager and is part of the Global Commercial Operations team and will work remotely to support our global sales incentive compensation organization.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support SIP Infrastructure and tools: Maintain our custom-built tools and related systems, assist with configuration updates, data uploads and system maintenance activities, monitor system performance and proactively identify data or logic inconsistencies.
