Key Responsibilities
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, Justdial, IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Schedule meetings and understand client requirements.
- Present HENU OS services including Website Development, AI Automation, CRM, Software Development and Digital Marketing.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying clients.
- Maintain lead records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Contact business owners through cold calling, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹11,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,60,000 - 7,20,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
- Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
- Variable pay: ₹ 60,000 - 4,20,000 /year
