We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive (only in IT sector) to support our agency's growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals for digital marketing and web development services.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in agency sales, client communication, lead generation, and proposal management. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow their career in sales while working with international clients and high-value digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, Upwork, Freelancer, networking, and other channels.
Identify potential business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Web Development, and Project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Other requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, IT sales, digital marketing, or website development sales.
Experience selling SEO, paid ads, website development, or digital marketing services to international clients.
Strong business development, lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Experience communicating with international clients and handling B2B sales.
Understanding of SEO, PPC, Website Development, and other digital marketing services.
Experience in proposal writing, sales presentations, CRM management, and pipeline management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience working in a digital marketing agency or IT services company is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage sales conversations independently.
Willingness to work from the Jaipur office.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
