Run paid 25-Point Facebook Ad Audit calls on Google Meet for businesses spending 30K+/day ( 9L+/month) on Meta and Google Ads, coming through the VSL funnel.
Conduct structured forensic audits using the 25-Point system across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Pixel, and related tools.
Identify performance leaks across key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, audience overlap, creative fatigue, attribution gaps, Pixel/CAPI setup, landing page conversion, offer-market fit, retargeting funnel, and lookalike performance.
Quantify revenue leakage clearly and show prospects exactly how much they are losing monthly and the impact of fixing it.
Position and close the DFY (Done-For-You) implementation partnership during the call or immediate follow-up.
Prepare and send structured audit deliverables within 24 hours using the provided template.
Maintain a clean pipeline in Google Sheets with call notes, audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
Execute respectful and persistent follow-ups to move undecided prospects toward closure.
Coordinate smooth Day-1 onboarding handoff with the implementation team, including audit reports, scope, and agreed pricing.
Participate in weekly marketing calls to share insights from audits, common failure points, objections, and conversion trends to improve funnel performance and refine the 25-Point system.
Important Context:
This is not a tele-calling, customer support, or call-center role.
You are expected to read and analyze ad accounts like a diagnostic system, not just execute calls.

Prior experience in selling high-ticket products or services is essential.
You will be trained on the 25-Point Audit System, but must bring strong analytical ability, sales confidence, and the ability to hold conversations with founders managing 30K+/day ad spends.
The role requires comfort with performance marketing data and the ability to translate it into clear business impact during live calls.

Minimum 1 year of HIGH-TICKET sales experience — ticket size ₹50,000+ (premium courses, coaching, consulting, DFY services, premium B2B). Tele-calling / customer-care / call-centre backgrounds will be auto-rejected.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Google Ads / GA4 — including ability to AUDIT a live ad account during a discovery call (read CPA, ROAS, CTR, audience overlap, creative fatigue, attribution issues, pixel/CAPI setup). Fluency with terms like ROAS, CPL, lookalike, retargeting, and attribution model is non-negotiable.
Comfort handling prospects who run ₹30K+/day (₹9L+/month) ad budgets — these are founders, not first-time advertisers; they will sense weakness immediately.
Bilingual — fluent in Hindi AND English. Calls switch between them.
Comfortable presenting yourself professionally on Google Meet and screen-sharing live ad dashboards under pressure.
Own laptop + reliable Wi-Fi + quiet, professional setup for back-to-back video calls.
NOT freelancing on the side — this is full-time.
Can read a basic P&L and understand why CAC and LTV matter to a founder.
