Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline to meet supply targets, engaging leads consistently to improve conversion rates.
- Negotiate effectively to secure favourable terms for all leads converted.
Collaborate with teams to address retention, grievance management, and property performance to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage lead documentation and data for seamless tracking of conversions.
- Identify emerging markets and monitor competitors to stay ahead of market shifts.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- 3-4 years of business development experience and a Master's in Business Administration or related field.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.
