About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, field visits, networking activities, and online platforms; qualify prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Connect with prospective Students, Parents, Schools, Coaching Institutes, and other potential stakeholders to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable Scoreazy products and services.
- Conduct field sales activities, including client meetings, school visits, educational events, seminars, and partner outreach to generate business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Perform consistent follow-ups with interested leads through calls, emails, messages, and in person meetings to move them through the sales funnel and maximize conversions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to build trust, maintain relationships, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, pipeline status, and sales reports in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Work consistently towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for both inside sales and field sales activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams for lead handover, order processing, customer onboarding, and issue resolution.
- Represent the company professionally during field visits, educational fairs, workshops, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Apply telesales and field sales techniques, market knowledge, and prior sales experience to improve conversion rates, customer engagement, and overall sales performance.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and potential growth opportunities to support business expansion strategies.
