About the role We're the AI-first services vendor for SMBs dental practices, CPA firms, insurers, SAAS, Martime and customers. This isn't an enterprise seat with a sales engineer and a nine-month cycle. It's a full-cycle closer role: you qualify, you demo, you close. If you need an SE to run the demo for you, this isn't your seat.You'll own revenue from first touch to signed contract, working with the verticals where we already have proof.What you'll own
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and self-source outbound where the pipeline needs it.
- Run discovery that uncovers real workflow pain (eligibility backlogs, tax-doc intake bottlenecks) not feature tours.
- Deliver the product demo yourself, mapped to the prospect's actual process.
- Disciplined BANT+ qualification protect your time and the founder's.
- Close 3060 day cycles and hand off cleanly to onboarding.
- Keep Pipedrive clean: accurate stages, forecast you'll stand behind.What you must bring
- 38 years full-cycle B2B SaaS closing into SMB/mid-market you've carried and hit a quota.
- You demo your own deals. Comfortable showing a workflow product live and handling objections on the spot.
- Sold into SMB buyers (practice managers, firm partners, office managers) you know how they buy and what they fear.
- Short-cycle velocity: you move deals in weeks, not quarters.
- Fluent enough in compliance language (HIPAA, data handling) to hold the line under objection, not freeze.Strong plus
- SMB sales background.
- Worked a founder-led motion and know when to pull the founder in vs. close solo.
- Early-stage experience comfortable selling without a fully built deck library.Not a fit if you
