About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, website chat, and in-store visits.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide personalized recommendations.
- Convert inquiries into sales and confidently upsell complementary products.
- Build strong relationships with premium customers and maintain a luxury shopping experience.
- Process online orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer support requests.
- Update product listings, inventory, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
- Follow up with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
