Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities for our commercial and residential cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, lead nurturing, proposal creation, CRM management, and closing new client contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients, including offices, medical facilities, retail stores, schools, warehouses, and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.Sales Outreach
- Conduct daily cold calls and follow-up calls to potential clients.
- Send personalized cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and discovery calls with prospects.CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Update lead status, activities, notes, and follow-up tasks regularly.
- Track sales pipeline progress and report on key metrics.Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare customized cleaning service proposals and pricing quotations.
- Present proposals to prospective clients and address questions or objections.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing.Sales Closing
- Negotiate terms and close new service agreements.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is made.
- Convert qualified leads into long-term clients.Reporting
- Provide weekly reports on outreach activities, meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline health.Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or business development.
- Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in commercial cleaning, facility management, or service-based industries is a plus.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
