Key Responsibilities

1. Identify target companies and ideal customer profiles across agency and direct business segments.

1. Research and verify key decision-makers and collect accurate company and contact information.

1. Build, maintain, and enrich prospect databases and CRM records.

1. Upload, manage, and monitor lead lists for outbound email campaigns.

1. Execute cold email outreach, follow-up sequences, and personalized prospect communications.

1. Generate responses and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.

1. Conduct LinkedIn outreach through connection requests, prospect engagement, and follow-ups.

1. Build relationships with prospects and generate interest through consistent communication.

1. Follow up with warm prospects through phone calls and conduct qualification conversations.

1. Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.

1. Gather and verify prospect information, including company details, decision-maker information, service requirements, budget, and project timelines.

1. Qualify leads and ensure only suitable opportunities are passed to the sales team.

1. Maintain accurate lead activity, conversation notes, and status updates within HubSpot or CRM systems.

1. Track pipeline progress and ensure data accuracy for reporting and future follow-ups.

1. Support business development initiatives through continuous prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
