YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We're building the SDR function at Leapsome from the ground up, and you'd be the third person on the team. That's a different job than joining an established sales org. There's no thick playbook waiting for you to follow. You'll help write it: what messaging works, which accounts to prioritize, what a good week actually looks like. If you want ownership over your process instead of a script to read from, this is built for you.
Our philosophy: we're AI forward. Automations handle the repetitive parts of prospecting, so you're not spending your day on manual busywork. Your job is to test what's actually working and add the human spark; the right tone, the right timing, the read on what a real person needs to hear.
Day to day, you'll research and reach out to HR and People leaders who could genuinely benefit from Leapsome, qualify them, and hand off strong opportunities to our AEs. We measure success in pipeline generated and meetings booked, and we're transparent about the career opportunities to grow your sales profession.
We want teammates who are curious about the people they're calling, competitive about hitting their number, and motivated to build something together rather than just follow the steps someone else laid out.
