Our Inside Sales Team plays a key role in connecting with homeowners and booking appointments for our partner agents. This is where your sales career begins talking to real U.S. customers, learning persuasive communication, and mastering modern sales tools. What Youll Be Doing (Dont worry, we train you on everything!)
- Making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S.
- Using simple scripts to understand their selling timeline & interest
- Booking appointments for our partner real estate agents
- Following up with prospects via calls, voicemail, SMS
- Updating notes in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Learning objection handling, sales psychology & communication techniques
- Growing into a professional SDR / Inside Sales role within 36 months
