PingDaily is a WhatsApp-based customer engagement platform that helps businesses automate reminders, follow-ups, and customer communication. We are growing rapidly and looking for an energetic team member who can help us acquire customers and support them during onboarding.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive who can generate leads, conduct product demos, onboard customers, and provide day-to-day support.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to customers, learning SaaS products, and helping businesses succeed.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Reach out to potential customers via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
Schedule and conduct product demos.
Follow up with prospects and convert trials into paid customers.
Maintain lead and customer records.
Assist in creating sales campaigns and outreach activities.
Help customers with onboarding and account setup.
Answer customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Collect customer feedback and feature requests.
Ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable talking to customers on calls and WhatsApp.
