About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Contact and qualify leads generated through Meta Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and referrals.
- Explain product features and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Guide customers through onboarding and help them set up the platform successfully.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active users.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to improve customer experience.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate technical issues when required.
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and customer education resources.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team for product improvements.
- Meet daily and weekly lead conversion and customer engagement targets.
