About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Executive to strengthen our sales support functions. The candidate will work closely with the sales leadership team and play a critical role in lead generation, customer outreach, data management, market intelligence, and reporting. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Cold Calling
- Identify prospective customers including dealers, distributors, OEMs, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for field sales executives.
- Maintain a structured lead database.Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends, customer performance, and territory-wise data.
- Track targets versus achievements.
- Develop dashboards using Excel.Digital & SEO Support
- Support online lead generation initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for website updates and digital campaigns.
- Monitor inquiries received through online channels.CRM & Coordination
- Update customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate between field sales executives and management.
- Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and proposals.Desired Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic dashboards).
- Experience in cold calling and customer interaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
