The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable products, coordinating design layouts, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring smooth execution of ordersfrom inquiry to delivery and after-sales support.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has an eye for design and detail, and can manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to delivery.
- Understand client requirements, brand style, and project timelines.
- Suggest appropriate products, materials, and solutions from our portfolio.
- Prepare detailed briefs and coordinate with the design team to create design layouts and concepts.
- Present designs to clients, gather feedback, and confirm final approvals.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on approved designs.
- Secure order confirmations and advance payments from clients.
- Create job sheets and production lists for the production team, ensuring clarity and completeness of specifications.
- Monitor the production process to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage after-sales communication, handle client feedback, and facilitate repeat orders.
- Maintain records of client interactions, approvals, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
