We are looking for a Sales Coordinator & Back Operations Executive to join our team in Pune. Location: Pune Experience: 1+ Years Employment Type: Contractual Role Extendable based on performance Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end sales order booking and documentation. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams for invoice generation and sharing. Handle existing client accounts and ensure smooth relationship management. Track orders, invoices, and client requests for timely closure. Support backend sales operations and process improvements. Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Excel (data processing, reporting, tracking, and analysis) Experience working with CRM tools and sales databases Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills Knowledge of invoicing, order processing, and sales documentation Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail Preferred: Experience in client account management (farming role) Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems Problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach If you have experience in Sales Operations, Back Office Support, CRM Management, and Excel-based data processing, we'd love to connect with you.
